Christophe (October 13, 1945, Juvisy-sur-Orge, France) is a French composer of Italian origin, writer and singer who had a huge commercial success in the 70's and 80's. Some of his 70's songs were written with Jean-Michel Jarre.
Christophe's first hit was Aline, in 1965.
He has more recently done some eclectic collaborations with Alan Vega, Murcof, Eumir Deodato, Isabelle Adjani, Erik Truffaz and Etant Donnes.[discogs]
